Throughout her career, Christine has also seen the inability to listen as the common thread of why leaders, salespeople, projects, and businesses fail. Christine founded EQuipt, a training and consulting company, and developed the Listening Path®, a game-changing approach to transform how people listen, to help others learn this critical business and life skill. Her approach has been taught at Fortune 100 corporations, schools and universities, law firms, and privately-held companies nationwide.
