No refunds are available for the Philly 100 Awards events – you may transfer your registration.        Bora Ozkan, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, where he also serves as Academic Director of the MBA programs. He joined the Fox School in 2014. His research spans corporate finance, emerging‑markets real estate, fintech, and business education, and has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Economics and Finance and Journal of Education for Business. Dr. Ozkan integrates fintech, ESG, AI, and virtual reality into graduate and undergraduate curricula and regularly organizes global immersions, case competitions, and employer-facing initiatives that bridge the gap between academia and industry. Dr. Ozkan holds a bachelor’s degree in Science & Economics from Hacettepe University (Turkey) and master's and PhD degrees in Financial Economics and Business Administration from University of New Orleans, earned on a Dean’s Scholarship.

       Manju Devadas is the Founder & CEO of Pluto7, a Google Cloud Global Partner for Data and Analytics. With over 25 years of extensive experience in retail, Hi-tech and manufacturing, Manju has been a leader in leveraging data, analytics, and AI to revolutionize business operations. Pluto7 specializes in providing AI platform solutions on GCP for SAP customers, solving complex problems by enabling them to rethink their supply chain and customer experience. Pluto7 has achieved five Google Cloud specializations and three global awards for their excellence in ML, AI, and analytics, delivering hundreds of successful customer projects. Manju is also a board member of the USC Marshall Center for Global Supply Chain Management. He is a strong advocate for "Silicon Valley 4.0: The Era of Applied AI," and believes in the power of AI Agent-led disruption to redefine industries. 

         Lenworth Henrys the Lead of the Field CTO for Startup Ecosystem Development Engineers (SEDE). He is part of a specialized team dedicated to accelerating the growth of venture capital (VC)-backed startups through strategic partnerships and deep technical engagement. This is at the forefront of Google Cloud's commitment to fostering the next generation of industry disruptors. Lenworth is responsible for leading a team of Field CTOs focused on driving significant cloud adoption and revenue growth within the startup ecosystem. Composed of Field CTOs and Principal Technical Engineers, SEDE connects startups, stakeholders, and Google Cloud to foster collaboration, scalability, and long-term success. He works across the greater Google to enable success for Startup Customers.

        Greg Thomas is a highly accomplished Cloud Solutions Architect and AI/ML specialist with 15+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing cutting-edge cloud solutions, primarily on AWS with growing GCP expertise. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable, and secure technical solutions, delivering significant business value and enhancing operational efficiency. Greg has a deep understanding of AI/ML model development, deployment, MLOps, and data engineering, with a specialized focus on contact center transformation, conversational AI, and generative AI. He is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies and AI/ML to drive innovation and solve real-world problems across diverse industries, with a strong focus on Financial Services and extensive experience supporting other sectors.

       Jameer Nelson is the Assistant General Manager of the Philadelphia 76ers and a 14-year NBA veteran and former All-Star whose career reflects championship-level leadership, talent development, and high-performance decision-making.

      Nelson first rose to national prominence at Saint Joseph’s University, earning 2004 National Player of the Year honors while leading the Hawks to an undefeated regular season and an Elite Eight run. Drafted in the first round of the NBA Draft, he went on to a 14-year professional career defined by high performance, resilience, and elite teamwork, including an All-Star appearance and a trip to the 2009 NBA Finals with the Orlando Magic.

      After retiring, Nelson transitioned into basketball operations and organizational leadership. He served as General Manager of the Delaware Blue Coats, where he oversaw player development, culture-building, and strategic roster construction—helping establish the program as one of the G League’s top developmental environments.

      He was later promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Philadelphia 76ers, where he now plays a key role in roster strategy, scouting, and developing the next generation of talent. Nelson’s leadership philosophy blends competitive excellence, relationship-driven development, and a strong commitment to organizational culture.

      Today, he brings the lessons of high-stakes performance, long-term development, and championship leadership to conversations with CEOs and executive teams across industries. 

       Michael S. Harrington is a Partner at Duane Morris and serves as a team lead of the firm's Life Sciences and Medical Technologies industry group. He represents early- and growth-stage companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare and clean tech sectors. 

      Mr. Harrington’s experience includes advising institutional, strategic and private investors on structuring, negotiating and managing investments; representing private equity funds in raising capital and advising on requisite disclosures and federal and state securities law compliance; assisting growth companies in investment banking, accounting, management, private investor and other critical financing relationships; negotiating and documenting corporate transactions such as equity and debt financing, acquisitions, joint ventures and employment compensation and benefit arrangements; leveraging a company’s intellectual property through licensing, joint venture or development relationships and establishing distribution channels or similar means; and advising early-stage companies and investors on the opportunities and complexities of equity crowdfunding enabled by the JOBS ACT.
